If a user's email invite is lost or expired, you can re-send the invite by doing the following:
From the customer portal. Log into the portal, https://portal.smartconstruction.com/ On the right-hand side, click on your organization.
It will open a screen with everyone in your organization. Scroll down to the user's email you want to re-invite. You should see an "Inviting" icon. This means the original invite has yet to be accepted.
Scroll to the right, click on the three dots, and you will see an option to "Re-send Invitation."
When you select "Re-send Invitation," the invitation will be sent to the email address on file.
**FYI the invite link is good for one week. So, if it has been longer than that, just resend a new link by following the steps above.
